BYD Leopard 5 LHD Wholesale Export

BYD Leopard 5 (sold as Fang Cheng Bao Bao 5 in China and Denza B5 in overseas markets) is a left-hand drive mid-size off-road plug-in hybrid SUV for B2B wholesale export. It is the first model from BYD's Fang Cheng Bao brand, launched in November 2023, and is built on the DMO (Dual Mode Off-road) Super Hybrid platform. The Leopard 5 combines body-on-frame construction with a plug-in hybrid powertrain, delivering serious off-road capability alongside low urban fuel consumption. It is exported globally under the Denza B5 name, targeting Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Latin America, and Africa.In April 2026 alone, 4,000 units of the Leopard 5 were exported, making it Fang Cheng Bao's best-selling export model.

The Leopard 5 features a non-load-bearing ladder frame chassis, front double wishbone and rear integral link independent suspension, and the Yunian-P intelligent hydraulic body control system (available on higher trims). It is equipped with three virtual differential locks (front, center, rear), 16+ terrain driving modes, and 'tank turn' zero-radius pivot steering.
